NHS Health Checks

health.pngIf you're between 40 and 74 and haven't already been diagnosed with heart disease, stroke, diabetes, kidney disease or high blood pressure, you may be entitled to a free NHS Health Check once every five years.

More information about Health Checks can be found on the Croydon council website.

You can get a Health Check at your GP practice.

NHS clinicians also offer free health checks between Monday and Wednesday at the Healthy Living Hub in Croydon Central Library on Katherine Street.

To book an appointment for a free health check at the Healthy Living Hub visit the NHS Health Checks website .
