Patient online services

All GP Practices in Croydon are now offering Patient Online Services to all their patients.

What is Patient Online?

This means you can go online and:

  1. Book routine appointments

  2. Order repeat prescriptions

  3. Look at your summary GP record

All online, you can access these services from your computer, smartphone or tablet, at any time of the day, whilst at home, at work or on the move.  You will no longer need to phone or visit your GP practice to carry out activities such as booking appointments or requesting repeat prescriptions. You can also cancel and rebook appointments online too.

Online services do not replace the traditional methods of contacting your GP practice, such as in person or phoning. They simply offer alternative ways to interact with your GP, making it easier and more convenient.

What are the benefits?

There are many benefits of being able to independently access GP Services. For example, you can book and cancel routine appointments, order repeat prescriptions, look up your medications online, from home or at work, or on the move, saving yourself a trip to the GP Practice.

How can I use the service?

Contact your GP Practice to find out how and what you need to do to register for online services.

You will need to complete an application form and take two forms of identification to your practice: one which includes your photo, and one to confirm your address, when you register.

Your practice will then provide you with a pin / registration document with unique online registration details you will need to set up your online account using the website indicated in those documents.
